Welcome to Sundo Philippines, a mobile application owned and operated by Sundo  Philippines Inc. ("Sundo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services. By accessing or using Sundo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Sundo App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sundo provides a multi-service platform that includes but is not limited to:

• Ride-hailing for passengers
• Merchant services for ordering from partner businesses
• Delivery services for goods and logistics

Service availability may vary depending on location and user type (e.g., Rider, Merchant, User).

3. Eligibility

To use Sundo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be displayed before you confirm a booking or transaction. By using Sundo, you:

• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Agree to pay any applicable taxes, processing fees, or penalties for misuse

Merchants and service providers are responsible for their own pricing and services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by service (e.g., rides vs. merchant orders). Sundo reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the specific case and service policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Sundo for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, threaten, or harm any user, driver, or merchant
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the app's functionality or network

We reserve the right to ban or report users for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software used in Sundo are owned by or licensed to Sundo Technologies Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Sundo may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, map services). We are not responsible for their actions or terms. Please review their policies.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Sundo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or availability of services at all times
• That the app will be free from bugs or interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice, especially if you violate these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing them regularly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
